Job description

Driving opportunities are available for motivated established team drivers wanting to see the country and earn an income at the same time with an established and successful national and international carrier.
Hyfield Trucking proudly services the two largest carriers in expedited freight with trucks and drivers. At this time, we are looking for established teams (2 people, no solo drivers) to drive one of our 40′ straight trucks. We also provide steps to increase your earnings and growth within our fleet. Performance bonuses and incentives are offered.

We are a 1099 Independent Contractor model.

  1. Average Revenue: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per driver as a team per year

Requirements

We require our drivers to have the following:

  1. Have a clean driving record, 1 preventable accident, up to 2 moving violations allowed in past 36 months (3 years)
  2. Be willing to stay out 21 days before returning for a 7-day home time. Teams may stay in service longer to increase their revenue.
  3. Class A or B CDL license with airbrakes.
  4. Hazmat/tanker endorsements strongly encouraged, (can increase revenue and load opportunities)
  5. Passport strongly encouraged, but not required
  6. Bring a professional attitude. We provide the trucks with a lease to you the driver. We are not your boss but rather business partners in trucking. We will guide you as little or as much as you want or need.
