REGIONAL:
Regional runs Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Minnesota unless otherwise stated below or provided to you at the time of dispatch (Chicago to Delivery to Pick up to Chicago) will be paid as follows:
Loaded miles will be paid at $2.00 per mile – There will be NO additional fuel surcharge added and no toll reimbursements.
Empty Miles Will be paid at $2.00 per mile between Delivery Location and Pick up location – There will be NO additional fuel surcharge added and no toll reimbursements.
Roundtrip deliveries and pick ups into Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Minnesota will be paid on a flat rate basis with no rail upcharges and no toll reimbursements. Flat rate will be provided to you at the time of dispatch and will fluctuate with the market|fuel conditions.
Global 4 – Additional 75.00 will be added to the below rates if a driver in gates or out gates from Global 4. If driver In Gates to Global 4 and out gates from Global 4 – the premium is not payable. If driver starts or ends their week Going to GL 4 – 75.00 will be paid. Global 4 Upcharge will not be paid on flat rate drivers.
Yard Pull – Additional $50.00 will be paid if driver yard pulls a loaded container from In gate Rail and drops Yard for future delivery and then secures a different container for the day’s work.
Stop Off = $50.00 – Only payable at second stop when sourcing empties for Pick up. Only payable if dispatcher redirects to another facility. On Roundtrip pickups to source equipment in a territory the first stop is free.
Tolls are not being reimbursed
