Compensation:
- Pick your pay structure: W2 or 1099
- Average annual pay up to $93,600
- W2: 60 CPM + daily per diem OR $275 per day
- 1099: 65 CPM or $325 per day

Additional Pay for W2 & 1099 paid via CPM:
- Extra Stop: $50 per stop
- Detention: $15/hr (after first 2 hours)
- Layover: $125 (W2) or $150 (1099) / per day; when truck is broken
- All miles empty and loaded are paid
Bonuses:
- Employee Referral bonus: $1,500

Home Time, Route & Schedule:
- Home Time & Schedule: Home time may vary depending on the area in which you live. For drivers in Chicagoland, you can expect to be home every weekend on average.
- Route: Real Trucking transports goods east, midwest and south throughout the US
- Level of Touch: 60% drop and hook for fast pickup and delivery; no touch freight!

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- No more than 1 moving violation within the last 1 year and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No accidents within last 3 years
- No DUIs or Criminal records
- Clean MVP and PSP record
- No endorsements required
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
